1. What are the precautions for using the water pump bottle?
Secure Mounting: Mount the water bottle pump on a stable surface, making sure it is secure and will not tip or wobble.
Compatible Bottles: Use a suitable bottled water bottle. The diameter and bore of the bottom of the bottle must be adapted to the water bottle pump to ensure a stable connection.
Clean the bottle: Before connecting, make sure that the bucket water bottle is clean and free from harmful substances.
Proper connection: Make sure the water bottle pump is properly connected to the bucket water bottle and has a good seal to prevent water leaks.
Power Safety: If the water bottle pump requires power, make sure the power line is not damaged and is not exposed to water to avoid the risk of electric shock.

2. How to apply for a return?
Within 14 natural days of the return validity period, if you need to return the water pump bottle and meet the return conditions, you can apply for the return in one of the following two ways:

(2) Find the order you need to return on your account order details, submit your return request, and we will review it for you as soon as possible.
3. How long is the delivery date?
Our delivery date is 4-9 business days, of which orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time is 3-6 business days.
4. How to cancel the order?
After the order payment is successful, the user can check the order status in the account order details.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After 30 minutes, our orders will enter the packing process, once packed it is impossible to cancel the order, please understand our work, thank you.
5. How to obtain a refund?
After we receive your returned water pump bottle, the refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Please be patient, thank you.
